On the 50% Embroidered Patches, we use a twill backing color of your choice and then embroider your design onto the twill to create the patch.50% embroidered patches mean the embroidery covers 50% or less of the surface area of the twill backing. As usually, 50% of embroidered patches are used for text-only designs, such as Name patches. Because there is plenty of open space to present your information and keep patches simple, classic, and clean.
